[RBS] City office in Matnas closed through Aug 22 2010

A sign on the door of the city of Beit Shemesh collection department
(Machleket HaGevia) located in the RBS A Matnas is closed through Aug 22
2010.  If anyone has different information please post.  Also, in general,
both the collection department office in the Matnas and the main office in
Beit Shemesh are closed on Tuesday to the public.
