Registration is now open for this year's Fitness & Running Chug! For those who 
want to lose weight, get in shape, and challenge themselves or those athletes 
who want to build extra strength, endurance, and or speed for their sport, in 
this program you control what you get out of it. For more specific descriptions 
of the sessions see the online registration.


This year the following meets are being offered for the specified age groups:

Girls
 3rd-6th grade 17:00-18:00 Sundays
Boys 7th-9th grade 17:45-18:45 Mondays
Girls 10th & Up 19:00-20:00 Mondays *                
Girls 7th-9th grade 18:15-19:15 Wednesdays
Boys 10th & Up 19:30-20:30 Wednesdays * 
Boys 3rd-6th grade 17:00-18:00 Thursdays


* There is no age limit set for these groups
 due to the demand of High School 
graduates for such a program. Therefore, Bnai Yeshiva, Midrashot (Hesder, 
Sheroot Le'umi & Chulnikim here for the year) are welcome to join.
