[RBS] Darchei Noam school

I would like to draw the public's attention to a very scary situation here
in RBS. The Darchei Noam school has plopped several caravans on a precipice
- I am not kidding about this, a precipice - behind my home on Hayarkon. My
understanding is that they do not have the proper ishurim and I can
certainly tell you that they do not have safety in mind at all (windows face
the homes and the precipice, no fence can be placed around the property
since they literally put the caravans teetering over the edge of the wall
that they rest on, etc.). I am telling you, you wouldn't believe this if you
saw it.

On top of not caring about the safety of their students or the rights of the
neighbors, they have brought in Arab workers with no water supply, so now
Arabs come to my garden every day to request water. Did I mention it's
Ramadan and these guys may not be in the best moods when they fast? They
need plenty of water to splash on their faces during the day, never mind the
fact that this is my private property and my children are playing alone in
our enclosed, private garden.

Obviously, the neighbors are pursuing legal paths to stop the building, but
I was wondering if any of the Darchei Noam parents are aware of this
ludicrous situation and the type of administration they are dealing with
when they send their children to this institution. I will happily send
pictures to any who want to see just how horrible and dangerous the
situation is.

Do not write back if you want to tell me what a wonderful school this is,
yada, yada, yada. That is irrelevant. What they are building is incredibly
dangerous and intrusive.
