[RBS] Melabev client needs a volunteer driver

To our RBS volunteers:

  If  anyone is able to drive a Melabev client once a week from Kfar Uriya
at 8:00 a.m. to matnas Zinman or from Matnas Zinman to Kfar Uriya at 13:00
