[RBS] Help! Freezer advice needed

Dear Whomever is Up,

My stand-up freezer is defrosting and I don't know why. The indicator light
is on "!" instead of the usual snowflake, but that really doesn't tell me
much about the problem or how to fix it.

This is definitely not a good night to have everything defrost. Anybody feel
qualified to offer advice?
