[RBS] silver FORD with lights on - Shimshon and Dolev

Silver Ford I think it was a Mondeo (is that a type of car? I do parties,
not cars )  on the top of Shimshon  has its lights on and the lights are
dimming which means it's dying... turn your lights off or prepare to jump it
if it's yours. (I went to neighbors near it and no one knew to whom it
belongs.)
