[RBS] Product Manager

[SIS]

A quickly growing consumer products company is seeking a product
manager to help expand its product portfolio. The Product Manager will
work closely with the marketing manager and will be responsible for
the product planning, execution and launch, including: gathering and
prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely
with suppliers and sales, to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction
goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that
the product benefits are communicated to all company departments.

The Product Manager is expected to:

   1. Define the product strategy
   2. Coordinate the development of product packaging and relevant
marketing materials
   3. Be an expert with respect to the competitive marketplace


Required experience and knowledge

   1. Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Product Manager
   2. Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
   3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a job in the consumer products market
   4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
   5. Bachelor's degree  in  Business
   6. Excellent teamwork skills
