[RBS] Hatra'at Chinuch Cancelled!

A few months ago, we received a "hatra'at chinuch" from Bet Shemesh insisting that we owed the iriya money for my son (who is now in kita aleph). We were confused about this bill and did not think that we owed them anything at all. I just received a phone call from the iriya telling me that the the "hatra'at chinuch" has been cancelled and we do not need to pay.
