[RBS] post office hours

The information is available on the israelpost web site, but only in Hebrew:

www.israelpost.co.il
click the link with the house next to it labeled "snif" (branch)
select Bet Shemesh from the drop-down list for "yishuv"
click "chapes" (search) and you get a list of all branches in the area and
their hours.
