[RBS] Incredible Local Talent...In Many Ways

I wanted to give a big Yasher Koach to a local entrepenuer, Sharon
Schamroth, who has not only opened a business (that in itself deserves
kudos), but has done so in a very professional manner.

Here's what I base my comments on:

1. Sharon has made a point of getting a hashgacha that everyone can use.

2. She markets her goodies in a tzanua, yet effective way on the local email
lists.

3. She has created an INCREDIBLE, almost EDIBLE monthly e-newsletter
(really, ask me for a copy) using state-of-the-art email marketing
techniques and a lot of creativity.

4. Her Web site, http://israelcakeshop.com/ is not only a place to make
orders, but it has useful content, tips, tricks, recipes, etc., and it is
EASY TO USE.

5. Needless to say, her products all look incredibly delicious, though I
haven't tried them myself.
