[RBS] When is registration for school year?

Does anyone know when registration for the next school year is destined to start?
The Iriya website has not been updated with details, no mention is in the newspapers, we have not received anything in the mail.
According to the non-updated information on the Iriya website, last year it started on 14th February.
Anyone know what's happening?
