He teaches every age student and is also available for personal training and private groups. We have the opportunity to train with a MMA & Brazilian Ju-jitsu champion.
Ariel Abargiel (Spiderman) - 2 times US champion and 7 times Israel champion
has started giving lessons in Efrat Gush Etzion.
Classes are held on Thursdays 8 - 10 pm in the Budu center (a world standard
gym) in the Gush Etzion industrial park next to Efrat.

A car pool from Beit Shemesh is available.
