[RBS] Eye exam for US (Illinois) license renewal - summary of responses

Many thanks to all who responded with suggestions. Following is a summary of
the responses:

1. Chaya Shames - "Eye Center" in Nofei Aviv at 02-991-0574 - several
recommendations

2. Einit in the Mercaz RBS

3. Dr. Chanoch Schwartz - Optometrist licensed in both America and Israel -
works in Nofei Aviv - 992-1979 for appts. or info.
