Well, the map in Shemeshphone does show it, but in case you don't have 
that to hand:

If you come up the hill (Rechov Ha-aliyah) into central Beit Shemesh 
from Big/Supersol Deal, when you get to the roundabout at the top you 
turn left, at the Iriya building you carry on past the fork/left turn 
and the little street just after that on the left is Abba Naamat.
