[RBS] Can you help me with HP5510 Printer

Everyone is telling me to just trash it, but I don't havfe money to dish out for a new printer, fax copier!!!  They say it is a hardware problem, maybe someone can give me a tip!!  

So here's the problem, one day it is printing and photocopying perfectly and the next day (and everyday since) it is printing painfully slow!!!  When I say slow I mean 1 line every 2 minutes (it can take 20minutes to print a page!!!)  I've tried cleaning, taking out the cartridges, factory reset....  Help!!!!
