Dear RBS Residents:

At long last I am pleased to inform that the Israel Lands Authority has released the first 72 individual land lots in RBS Gimmel area for bids to construct new private homes (Bnei Beitcha)in the area.

While in the past I have given some open discussions concerning the prior land tenders for the multi-unit housing opportunities in RBS Gimmel, I will be available for private one-on-one meetings for the Bnei Beitcha lots for serious parties looking to bid on such lots.

This change in format is so as to ensure privacy among those who wish to particpate in this rare bid opportunity.

I may be reached at p.larry at gmail.com. Please provide your name, telephone/cell number and when you may wish to set up a meeting.

Regards,
Eliyahu (Larry) Pinczower
