[RBS] swimming in RBS A?

Anyone in the know about details for pools and women's hours in RBSA (as well as cost per swim, memberships, etc.) would you please post.  If you have comments about your experiences at the various pools pertaining to ability to lap swim or child friendliness please contact me directly.
