[RBS] please help

I am writing on behalf of a wonderful Israeli family who have found themselves in a terrible matsav.  all they are requesting at the moment is a hanging rail of some sort - about a metre and a half long - a strange request but something that will really really help them out.  they may need it long term, and it could probably be paid for if need be.
