Can Israeli citizens buy duty-free items at Ben Gurion airport, to take with them to chutz la'Aretz - such as Israeli wines and liqueurs? Are the duty-free items carried on board the plane, even though one isn't allowed to bring liquids into the cabin in carry-on luggage? Thanks, Yissachar
