[RBS] Train cancellation in August- time to speak up

The management of Israel Railways has decided to close the Bet Shemesh/ Tel Aviv line again for a full week August 19 through 28th. It is time for the hundreds of regular commuters to speak up and let them know that this is unacceptable. 
 
The least they can do is arrange for buses from Bet Shemesh to Modi'in to catch the train there.
