[RBS] Cement truck on Dolev

There is a huge cement truck that is parked in front of our building, every
few days. Does anyone know to whom it belongs, and is it bothering anyone
else on the street? It takes up 3 parking spaces, one of which used to be my
usual space, and the view from our bedroom window is now of a huge dirty
truck, instead of the beautiful Dolev trees and birds.
