[RBS] Being harress via emails off line by a member of RBS

Dear RBS,

I have been in the past week harressed offline via several emails by a member of the RBS community and this is totally inapproprate, intrusive into my life and I did not ask his oppinion for anything. The person has been writting me emails and bothering me

What can I do to stop this for happening and how can we avoid this for the future.  

Any advice would be appreciated
