[RBS] needed: expert reading tutor

Posting for a friend.  Looking to hire expert teacher/tutor for girls ages 13 and 10, particularly for reading Hebrew, and reading for understanding.  Must have experience with learning diabilities/differences and be able to give references.   Anyone able to translate this post to Hebrew free of charge for posting in local papers?
