[RBS] Bike Patrol

[Yitzhak Treister]

This is a call to all people interested in joining a special "Mismar
Ezrachi" bike patrol.
If we can get together 6 people then we can start this project.
Shifts are minimum 4 hours, all equipment (other than bikes) is provided by
the police.
In the past such a patrol existed and it was proven to be very effective
very flexible and very useful.
