[RBS] quality of 012 phone lines

Do you use 012 for your phone line rather than Bezeq? Are you happy with 
the quality of the lines and the service they provide? Are you 
dissatisfied? I am thinking of switching and want to know if people are 
generally happy with their service before I do.
