[RBS] Installing a shoulder seat belt in an H1

Hi -
I noticed that in the newer hyundai vans the middle seat has a shoulder seat belt and not just a lap belt.I asked the hyundai dealer if there was any way to install this is an older van and he said no.I was curious if anyone found someone who WOULD install it.
