THIS COURSE IS DESIGNED TO HELP PARENTS MANAGE
THE IMPACT OF DIVORCE ON THEIR CHILDREN

Topics to be covered include:

    Management of anger and anxiety
    Knowing when to ask for help
    Principles of co-parenting
    Maintenance of intergenerational boundaries

Each session will be two hours long and will include instructional and
experiential learning.
