[RBS] KLY system glitches???HELP!

I ordered through the system yesterday and recorded quantities of items on a master list of my own.  When I checked my order tonight, some items that I ordered were skipped when repeating my order.  They were also excluded from the order menu, when I tried to get back in a make changes-try to reinstate my previous items.Skipped items-Walnuts in shell, pecans, cucumbers, zucchini, and granny smith apples.  Anyone know what is going on?
