Precision Pilates Studio in RBS A now offereing:

Essential Level Pilates Matwork class to begin after Pessach.
10 session course. Once or twice per week.

This is a great starting point to learn the basic principles and repoirtoire of pilates matwork and start to reap the benefits that pilates has to offer. 

Possible time slots: Sundays 10:30 am; Tues.9:30 am; Wed. 10:00 am

Precision Pilates is a beautiful fully equiped professional studio offering a daily schedule of group equipment and matwork classes, private and duet sessions. Please e-mail for a schedule.
