Our meat is either Rabbanut Rashit Chalak Mehadrin or Agudat Yisrael.

Chickens are either Rav Auerbach shechita or Agudat Yisrael

We have uncooked brisket and corned beef nicely trimmed and easy for you to work with.

Matured Entrecote steaks, Boerewors, Burgers ,

COOKED MEATS are Roast Brisket in a Savoury sauce or cooked in Honey/Mustard and sold with a sachet of sauce.

COLD CUTS are Corned Beef, Pastrami, Roast Beef and Pickled Tongue, all sliced and vacuum packed.

Chickens are either whole Roasted or Flattened cooked in a Honey/Mustard Sauce
