[RBS] Jogging stroller

Does anyone know where to get a sturdy reasonably priced jogging stroller
preferably with an additional option to attach an extra seat as a double
such as Valco/ Baby Jogger/Phyl and ted? Alternatively is anyone giving away
a stroller like this or selling one in good condition at a reasonable price?
