Hi there!
I've got a simcha of a friend and I need a way of going there.. only it's located in the Dekel NEighborhood of Efrata.  My hope is that someone travels there sometime early evening on this day or is also invited to come to the get together of Tzvika Krupel and Serena's  engagement on Rahov Netzach Yerusalaim.
I so hope someone near me is attending this party!
