Do you prefer bread with real taste, not just sugar?  I recommend you try the breads from Saidels bakery.   The Rambam bread is very good and very filing.  It is better than the Ezekial bread we used to buy in America.  All their bake goods are made from organic flour.  Their Rye bread tastes like the real thing from America, not an Israeli substitute.  Their whole wheat is is 100% whole wheat with no carmel coloring or other artificial additives.  It is very filling, but not heavy, i.e., it does not sink to the bottom of your stomach and sit there forever like some whole wheat breads.  We had their individual mushroom and onion quiches on Shavous - as a side dish, each one can be cut into 3 or four servings.  The dough was surprisingly and pleasantly light and flaky, not heavy like most quiche doughs.
Both my family and our company gobbled the pieces down in no time and I wish I had bought more!  They also make a chocolate mint cookie.  They make it from scratch, including the chocolate mint frosting and will keep any mint lover happy for a long time.  Oh, their Hasgacha is Mehadrin.  They deliver to RBS A every Friday afternoon for no extra charge.

Check them out at http://saidels.com.
