[RBS] vision therapy recommendations needed

Hi,
I am looking for a recommendation of a Dr. who can diagnose if a child needs 
vision therapy.  I have heard that there are some professionals that think 
that almost anyone can benefit from it.  I am not arguing with that opinion, 
but am looking for someone that uses more discretion than that.
Additionally, if you can recommend a vision therapist (local) it would be 
much appreciated.
