[RBS] advantage of HOT over Bezeq for a young couple?

How is HOT cheaper than Bezeq? Is it in the number of free minutes you get?
Specifically , if there are only 2 people in the house, is it really less
expensive to have HOT over Bezeq?  We can't get clear answers from HOT on
the advantage of it, or even on prices,  if anyone has any info that may
help the couple make this decision please hit reply.
