[RBS] looking for shiputznik/contractor

looking for a shiputznik who:

speaks english
does not hire arab workers (completely NON-negotiable)
is reasonable in his pricing
is responsible and ethical
does good, fast work
knows something about the process of getting an ishur for building additions
