[RBS] THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE WATER METERS!

This morning I sent out an email to both the Hebrew and English RBS list
regarding a sudden surge in my water meter readings (Please note I am not
talking about the rise in price of water). By the end of the hour I received
over 10 emails from people experiencing a similar unexplained surge in the
number of cubic meter they needed to pay for.
It would seem that we have a common problem with our water meters. I am
still trying to determine how we should go about solving this and receiving
compensation for water we did not use.
