[RBS] advice about buying children's bikes

We are looking to buy bicycles for our 10 and 8 year old - and have been to Bike Ben and Al Derech Burma. Both sell only high end bikes for 600nis upwards...we were looking for more "middle of the range".
Can anyone advise us where else to go (and if relevant, what to be looking for when choosing bikes)
