I want to tell you about the exciting upcoming women's Meishiv HaNafesh
workshop. (Some of your husbands may have completed the men's training.) For
the upcoming women's workshop there are only 2 places left.

Here is some information about this workshop and how it will benefit you.

What is the Meishiv HaNafesh Workshop:
This 7 part workshop series is designed to teach you practical skills. It is
aimed to help you to develop a deeper level of awareness in your everyday
life and consequently develop an increased ability to cope with physical,
emotional, and spiritual challenges that you may face. The group will help
to enhance your appreciation of LIFE!

How will the training benefit you:
B'ezrat Hashem, the training will help you manage stress in a very proactive
way. It will help you maximize all that you are in your life, be it your
role as wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, colleague, professional etc.
At each one of the 7 meetings you will learn a different skill and have an
opportunity to practice it. One of the main emphases in the group is the
importance of acquiring peace of mind - menuchas hanefesh. The group will
help you in every aspect of your avodas Hashem.

What Skills are Taught:
The Meishiv HaNafesh Workshop series is highly experiential. You will learn
to effectively use research based techniques, taught through the lens of
chazal (our Sages), such as breathing, relaxation, meditation (hisbodedus),
guided imagery (koach hatziur), autogenic training, biofeedback, movement,
journal writing, drawing, as well as music.

Who should Attend:

This training is beneficial for all women interested in personal growth and
wellness.

The group:

The groups are small, usually about 10 - 12 people. Participants can explore
their capacity for transformation of their own physical, emotional and
spiritual issues. This group will meet for 2 hours once each week. This
provides for an opportunity for you to begin to integrate the knowledge and
practical skills taught into your life.
