[RBS] [BS/RBS list] Gan bills - follow up from Mevaker hamedina (ombudsman)

I called the number below and spoke with Mr. Baruch Yeshurin. He directed me
to the web site for the Mevaker Hamedina that has a page in English with a
form to fill out with complaints.
http://mevaker.gov.il/serve/site/english/eombudsman_complaint.asp . 
Mr. Yeshurin said that you can also fax your complaint (even hand written
and in English) with any supporting documents, like your bill to his
personal fax: 03-6846503. Needless to say, he was not impressed with the way
our city runs. 

Mr. Baruch Yeshurin is a lawyer who works in the office of mevaker hamedina.
