3 separate buyer groups are now open for formal registration by interested 
parties in connection with tenders in the coming months to be released by the 
Israel Lands Authority (ILA) for RBS Gimmel (phase 2), RBS Daled (phase 1) 
and/or Kvish 10 (just next to RBS Aleph).  


The groups are as follows:

Group A - Limited to 20 unit holders - extra large residential apartments - each 
unit to be constructed is to be 200 sqm or more - limited to 20 unit holders - 

Group B - limited to 40 unit holders - small/medium size residential apartments 
- each unit to be constructed is to be 3 room (2 bedroom) up to 4 room (3 
bedroom) (70 to 90 sqm each +/-) - limited to 40 unit holders
Group C - limited to 15 unit holders - this is a pooled commercial property 
development project - the target is to win a tender for 1 commercial property 
development in RBS.  The 15 unit holders will maintain a pro rata interest in 
the entire commercial property to be developed.

Qualified unit holders will need to demonstrate financial ability in advance as 
well as make an initial nominal deposit of funds to be held in trust to join the 
group. Where required, each group shall be registered under formal registration 
recognition with the Rasham Ha'Amutot.
