[RBS] Macabi ending at the EYE CENTER

A public service message-

The EYE CENTER (Haya Shames) will no longer be part of the Maccabi chain of
optometrists after Oct 31. There will be no branch of this type in BS/RBS
(the closest will be Yerushalayim).

If you are elgible for benifits (all children until their 18th birthday, or
adults with high prescriptions) and you want to do this through the EYE
CENTER you need to call as soon as possible to make an appointment. 9910574

Please note, as well, that Haya will be going out on maternity leave as of
Oct. 31 and the EYE CENTER  will be closed during that time.
