[RBS] Lost US passport -HELP!

My wife, an American citizen, has had her passport lost or stolen.

She's supposed to travel to the US tomorrow for a family simcha.

She doesn't have an Israeli passport, either, although she is a recent oleh.

We cannot reach a human being at the US Embassy/Consulate.

Advice welcome.
