[RBS] Delays in Mas Hachnasa Refunds?

We usually file in May and receive our refund back by September - but not
this year.

Have you received your refund yet?
Are there delays this year that we don't know about?

Any information would be appreciated (I know, we can contact Mas Hachnasa
directly).
