If you need to remove some branches hanging over your Sukkah, I can help.

We manage a Gemach that consists of a 3-meter Tree Pole Pruner. It has a
clipper as well as a saw attachment.

It is done by hand, not electric.
It cannot be used for shrubs.
No, I do not know who has an electric saw or a lawnmower.

We require a 100 NIS deposit, and it must be brought back within 12 hours of
borrowing, or else half the deposit will be used (there is a lot of demand
during the pre-sukkos season).
