Several of the Lema'an Achai banners have been either ripped or stolen over 
the last several days.

This is serious gezel as local businesses pay for the printing of these 
banners.It is also stealing from "kaspei tzibbur/mamon hekdesh".

If you know who might have done this please remind them that they are 
obligated to make restitution.
