For all those who asked to share, and there were many, here they are.
Enjoy.
Chag Kasher Vsameach

The only drawback is that the Pesach (no kitniyot) margarine in Israel looks really artificial. But this recipe (even using that margarine) is a winner. I have other pesach dessert recipes which are winners also

Mousse Cake
7 eggs, separated

7 oz sugar (3/4-1 cup)

8 oz chocolate chips

9 0z (270g) margarine

Grease 9X13 (or round equivalent) pan (with margarine or oil)

Melt sugar, chocolate chips and margarine together (microwave is fine)

Beat yolks and add melted chocolate.

Beat egg Whites till stiff.

Fold egg whites into chocolate.

Pour 2/3 into pan.

Bake 350 F for 25 minutes

Let cool (will fall in - creating a nice crust)

Put rest of mousse on top of baked mousse and freeze.

Remove 3 minutes before serving

I have a chocolate mousse recipe for all year round that can be changed to be used or Pesach:

6 eggs separated
1/3 cup sugar (- see note by vanilla)
7 oz bittersweet chocolate, melted (this comes out to be sort of 2 bars of chocolate)
1 tablespoon vanilla - this is in the chametz recipe. For Pesach I put 2 packets of vanilla sugar into the measuring cup and then add sugar to fill 1/3 of cup.
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
1 pareve/dairy whipped topping - whipped

beat the egg yolks well, stir in the melted chocolate and coffee (for chametz - add vanilla here).
Beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually adding the sugar.
Fold into the yolk-chocolate mixture.
Fold in the whipped topping
Pour into pan/dish and freeze or refrigerate

I use this all year round.
mousse:
1 rich's
2 eggs seperated
1 bag of choc. bits, melted in double boiler

whip egg whites until stiff and set aside.
mix rich's until thick and mix egg yolks, and melted chocolate.
fold in egg whites. freeze.

Easiest eggless mousse ever:

I carton of Rich's
100 gram bar bittersweet chocolate
2 T water

Melt chocolate and water together. Add to whipped Rich's. Also freezes
perfectly. (I like it best partially defrosted.)

BTW, traditional mousse recipes are egg-based, not flour-based, so there's
no reason it should pose a Pesach problem.
