[RBS] Police Stations Failure to Respond During an Emergency

[RBS] Police Stations Failure to Respond During an Emergency

It's a great skill to have but keep in mind the best protection is to
stay away from troublesome areas. (Of course your own home should not
be on that list!!!)

Those who remember the story last year of another highly trained
female martial artist who was "jumped" by two arabs one wielding a
knife while walking in broad daylight on the trail immediately
adjacent to HaYarkon - she did a great job of getting out of the
situation, but she also chose not to walk there in the future.
