Yesh has now published their hours for Saturday night, April 9, 2011:
Sat. night, 9 April: 8:30 pm  - 11:30 pm (or till midnight, depending
on which of the two adjacent signs you believe; "if there are still
customers, then we'll stay open till midnight")

No further information about Yesh hours is available at this time.
