[RBS] seeking transportation (or van rental!) FROM airport to RBS

I know I've seen ads for transportation, but now I can't find them. My brother is coming in with 4 kids tomorrow evening, and I am looking for a big van that can transport them, suitcases, and a double stroller. (Flight arrives at 5:15 pm).

Alternatively, if anyone has a van big enough for 7 people, a few suitcases and a double stroller, and would be willing to rent it out for a few hours (4-8 or so?) for around 200 shekel that would be amazing as well.
